L.N. Ranganath


Mr L.N. Ranganath is a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology - Bangalore, who has successfully executed several projects in Bangalore. He had extensive experience in the industry which played a pivotal role in the emergence of Hallmark Protective and Decorative Coatings Pvt Ltd, Bangalore. He worked as a site engineer for M/S Ramanashree Group. He was appointed as the site engineer at Manipal Hospital at Old Airport Road. Subsequently moved to Ramanashree Comfort Inn. Finally, he worked as a Chief Quality Inspector for Decor Coats at RV Road - Bangalore.

  • Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering - Civil, Diploma in Paint Technology.
  • Year of graduation: Civil Engineering - 1987, Paint Technology - 2023.
  • Institution: MS Ramaiah Institute - Bangalore, Colors Society - Mumbai.

Nature of Job Exposure


He was a site engineer and garnered skill in civil and structural construction, concreting, water-proofing, grouting, building protective and decorative coatings for external and internal surfaces and special texture solutions from Bakelite Hylam Ltd, Spectrum Paints and PU Paints from MRF Poly-urethane coatings. He became fluent in construction chemicals from Roffee, MC-Bauchemie Construction Chemicals and Fosroc Chemicals.

Year of Business


Established in October of 1992 under Ms. Devagiri Engineers Contractors and Service Providers for several projects; civil, waterproofing for cemented water tanks, rooftop renovation, and PU water-based coatings for interior and exterior surfaces. The brand name was then changed to "Hallmark Paints" and works like PVC Antistatic flooring, Aluminium and false ceiling services and fashion wall building were undertaken.

Manufacturing Experience


As opposed to other firms in the painting solution industry, we have partnered with BASF Ltd, WACKER Ltd, Dow Chemicals, Clarinet, Huntsman and others to engineer products that are fit to suit the requirements of our customers. These products are carefully customized, distinguishable and built as per the weather conditions. This makes them better than the standard products available in the market.
